When muscles get sore, the way one uses his/her body gets affected. Even after the recovery, he/she might still feel soreness just like this case. Front thigh soreness often affects back muscles around the height of 11th and 12th thoracic vertebrae. Needling these points released the most of front thigh pain in this case.
